Privacy Policy

Your information, handled with clarity. Understand the assessment brief, browsing data and provider-sharing process.

Our approach to your information

We keep the assessment brief under your control. The form creates a text file in your browser and downloads it to your device. It does not send your entries to an eLotPay mailbox, application endpoint or partner. Preparing a brief does not create a merchant application or a support request.

Your business brief

The information you enter may include your name, business contact details, website, customer markets and payment requirements. The site does not store those entries in an application database. Your browser may retain information under its own settings, and your downloaded file is subject to your device and storage controls. Keep confidential credentials, card details and identity-document copies out of the brief.

Browsing and technical information

Our hosting infrastructure may process technical request and access information needed to deliver pages and maintain access controls. No third-party advertising or connected analytics-reporting service is enabled in the page code. Local interaction events contain an event name and page path; they do not contain the assessment entries or send reports to an external analytics destination.

External resources and provider introductions

Links to third-party documentation take you to services with their own privacy practices. We do not automatically send a local brief to a provider. Before sharing information for a subsequent introduction or onboarding review, confirm the recipient, purpose and agreed document channel. The applicable service privacy information should identify the responsible organisation and its processing arrangements.

Privacy requests

For a privacy matter connected to an existing service relationship, use the verified contact information in the relevant service documents or provider portal. The assessment download does not deliver privacy requests or complaints. Our contact page explains the available preparation tool. The operator identity, privacy contact and service-specific processing information must be finalised before live enquiry collection is enabled.

Changes to this policy

This policy reflects the current assessment and browsing features. Any introduction of live forms, analytics reporting, partner sharing or additional storage requires a review of the applicable data flows and privacy information. Review the relevant policy when using a newly enabled service.
