Use eLotPay responsibly
Our guides and assessment tool support legitimate business research and preparation. They are not an approval, licence or payment service agreement. Actual service use depends on the relevant provider requirements and agreed scope. Do not represent a category listing or educational guide as confirmation that a business has been accepted.
Describe the business accurately
State the real product, entity, customer markets and payment flows. Disclose subscriptions, marketplace collections, creator arrangements and client deposits where relevant. Do not conceal an activity under a generic description or misleading billing descriptor. A reliable assessment depends on the business and its customer journey being understood as they actually operate.
Protect credentials and records
Keep card numbers, security codes, passwords and identity-document copies out of the local brief. Confirm the responsible reviewing party and secure document channel for any subsequent onboarding. Protect the file you download on your own device. The assessment tool does not process transactions, upload documents or submit an application.
Respect access and third-party rights
Do not compromise access controls, interfere with the site, impersonate an organisation or misrepresent affiliations. Use external documentation in accordance with the source’s applicable terms. The discussion of a technology does not authorise the use of another party’s branding or establish a certification or partnership.
Operate within the approved scope
Any processing arrangement should identify the permitted entity, websites, products, countries, methods and transaction conditions. Material changes may require review. Resolve business permissions and provider eligibility before introducing new traffic. The actual provider’s acceptable-use and prohibited-activity requirements govern its service; this information does not replace those documents.
